Qalam is how an office sends a PDF for signature by email. The people who must sign open one link. When it is done, you have the finished file and a record of who signed, and when.
Organizations can only join by invite.
How it works
Send
Someone in the office uploads a PDF, names the people who must sign, and sends the invitations.
Sign
Each person is invited when it is their turn, reads the file, and signs. They do not create an account.
Keep
When everyone who remains has signed, you download the finished file and a record you can check later.
For the office
Qalam opens a company and invites the owner. The owner invites colleagues. Those people set a password from the email and sign in here. If you were not invited, this site will not give you an office.
For the signer
If someone asked you to sign, look for the message from Qalam. Open the link, read the document, and sign or decline. You never need a Qalam account for that.
Who received it, who signed, and when — written down and kept with the document, so your office can open the story again whenever you need it.
